The Clubhouse Wellness Center, LLC (“The Clubhouse”) respects your family’s privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1.Information We Collect

When you register, book, or reach out, we collect information from the parent or guardian, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and billing information
• Your child’s name, age, and any allergies, medical notes, or care instructions you choose to share so we can keep them safe
• Emergency contacts and authorized pickup names
• Photos and video taken during programs (see Section 7)

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process registrations, bookings, and payments
• Care for your child safely while they’re with us
• Send program updates, event announcements, and occasional offers
• Respond to your questions and inquiries
• Improve our programs and website

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. We’ll still send booking confirmations and important program notices.

3.Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your child’s booking, same-day updates, or pickup. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

4.Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or to run our business (for example, payment processing). Your child’s health and care information is shared only with Clubhouse staff who need it to care for them.

5.Third-Party Services

We use trusted platforms to operate, including HiSawyer (registration and payments), HubSpot (email and contact management), Squarespace (website hosting), Google (business listing and analytics), and Meta (Instagram and Facebook). These services may collect data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

6.Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7.Photos & Video

We may take photos and video during programs for marketing and social media. We never post a child’s full name with their photo. You can opt out in writing at any time by emailing info@theclubhousewc.com, and we’ll flag your child’s account.

8.Children’s Privacy

Our programs serve children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. All registration and account information is provided by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

9.Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill bookings, and meet legal and insurance requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

10.Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at info@theclubhousewc.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal data.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
