The Clubhouse is located at 1288 Valley Forge Road, Unit 87, Phoenixville, PA 19460, in The Commons at Valley Forge shopping center. We serve families from Phoenixville, Collegeville, Royersford, King of Prussia, Spring City, Audubon, and the greater Main Line and Chester County area.

What ages does The Clubhouse serve?

The Clubhouse offers programs for ages 18 months to 12, plus workshops for adults. Mini Moves is for our youngest kids, School Day Off Camp is for ages 5 to 12, and birthday parties work for any age. Team bonding sessions serve youth sports teams of any age.

Do you offer camp on school days off in Phoenixville?

Yes. School Day Off Camp is full-day drop-off camp for ages 5 to 12 on teacher in-service days, holidays, and breaks. Days run 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM with optional extended day until 4:00 PM. Does The Clubhouse offer summer camp?

Yes. Summer camp at The Clubhouse runs themed weekly sessions from June through August. Groups are small and all programming is educator-designed and screen-free. Registration for summer 2027 opens in January 2027. Join the email list at theclubhousepa.com/summer-camp-2027 to hear first.

Can I book a birthday party at The Clubhouse?

Yes. The Clubhouse offers private birthday party packages for any age with exclusive use of our play spaces, a dedicated party host, and full setup and cleanup. Visit theclubhousepa.com/party-information to check availability and pricing.

What is the cancellation policy at The Clubhouse?

For School Day Off Camp and drop-off sessions, cancellations made 48 or more hours ahead receive a credit toward a future day. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Summer camp and special events have their own windows. If The Clubhouse cancels a session, families receive a full refund or credit. Full details at theclubhousepa.com/refund-policy.

The Clubhouse was founded by Nicole Weirich, a bilingual educator with 13+ years in the classroom and an M.S. in School Psychology, who designs every program. Programs are screen-free, small-group, and built around real play. The hard moments like taking turns or losing a game happen naturally, and trained Clubhouse staff are prepared to support kids through them. The Clubhouse won the Main Line Parent 2026 LOVE Award for Best Family Programming.

Why The Clubhouse

Kids want to do well. They need a place to practice.

Sharing, waiting a turn, joining in, bouncing back. Kids are expected to do all of it.

Life is busy and pulls everyone in a million directions, and real chances to practice are hard to come by. So we built one.

Those moments happen naturally in play, and that's where problem solving and confidence are built. Nobody has to plan them. Our trained Clubhouse staff are prepared to support them, so kids learn to work it out.

Hi, I'm Nicole.

I'm a mom of four and an educator with 13+ years in the classroom and a master's in School Psychology.

For years I watched kids be expected to share, wait their turn, join in and bounce back, with nowhere to actually practice. So I built The Clubhouse: a place for real play, where my trained team is prepared to support the hard moments instead of scripting them.

I designed every program here, and I'd love to meet your family.
