The Clubhouse is located at 1288 Valley Forge Road, Unit 87, Phoenixville, PA 19460, in The Commons at Valley Forge shopping center. We serve families from Phoenixville, Collegeville, Royersford, King of Prussia, Spring City, Audubon, and the greater Main Line and Chester County area.

What ages does The Clubhouse serve?

The Clubhouse offers programs for ages 3 through 12, plus workshops for adults. School Day Off Camp is for ages 5 to 12, summer camp is for ages 3 to 12, and birthday parties are for ages 5 to 12. Team bonding sessions serve youth sports teams of any age.

Do you offer camp on school days off in Phoenixville?

Yes. School Day Off Camp is full-day drop-off camp for ages 5 to 12 on teacher in-service days, holidays, and breaks. Days run 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM with optional extended day until 4:00 PM. Does The Clubhouse offer summer camp?

Yes. Summer camp at The Clubhouse runs themed weekly sessions from June through August for ages 3 to 12, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM with optional extended day until 4:00 PM. Groups are small and all programming is educator-designed and screen-free. Themes and registration for the next summer open early in the year.

Can I book a birthday party at The Clubhouse?

What is the cancellation policy at The Clubhouse?

For School Day Off Camp and drop-off sessions, cancellations made 48 or more hours ahead receive a credit toward a future day. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. What makes The Clubhouse different from other kids activity centers?

The Clubhouse is founded and run by Nicole Weirich, a bilingual special educator with 13+ years of teaching experience and an M.S. in School Psychology. Programs are screen-free, small-group, and intentionally designed to build social, emotional, and academic skills through play. The Clubhouse won the Main Line Parent 2026 LOVE Award for Best Family Programming.
